Shipping Information:

All shipping and handling charges are incurred by the customer. Shipping charges will be automatically carrier-calculated based on your total order weight (lb.) and will be calculated at the end of your check-out process for fair charging. Your credit card is NOT processed By filling in the order form. It is done after the material is checked for stock and is entered manually by us. We have a very secure system and all credit information is kept confidential. We do not share any names, addresses, or credit information with anyone. Alaska & Hawaii Orders may also incur additional shipping charges and will be calculated after your order has been reviewed by our staff. Due to our hours of operation the shipping department only ships products on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. Unfortunatley orders placed on Thursday thru Monday will not be shipped untill the following Tuesday.

Refund, Returns and Cancellation Policies:

Items must be returned within 15 days of purchase. The shipping for returns is at the expense of the buyer. The item must be either unopened and unused with the original box, associated parts and manufacturer's materials. A 15% restocking fee will be charged on returned items except for those that have manufacturing defects. Note: Shipping & handling charges are not refundable
